US Campaign Manager
As a Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our B2B outreach efforts by designing and executing targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns. Your primary goal will be to manage the technical aspects of the campaigns: ensure that the tools are properly maintained, the domains and mailboxes properly configured, the campaigns are running as expected.
You'll be responsible for creating the campaigns, managing automated workflows, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of our outreach strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage campaigns in engagement automation tools (examples: Apollo, Linked Helper). Implement and oversee automated workflows, handle responses, manage lead generation sequences, and address objections to enhance prospect engagement.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and campaign performance in CRM systems. Analyze email performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights to improve outreach strategies.
Manage and respond to replies in campaigns, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential leads.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU FIT INTO THIS ROLE:
Experience in creating and managing email and LinkedIn campaigns, with a solid understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and engagement metrics.
Experience with outreach tools like Apollo, Linked Helper, Instantly, Reply.io or similar platforms.
Ability to interpret performance data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Strong English communication skills; ability to understand customer needs and tailor communication accordingly, ensuring clarity and professionalism in outreach efforts.
