Account Manager, USA

 

YOUR ROLE:

Ensure client’s retention and strategic growth of existing client accounts.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:       

  • Manage and develop a trusted advisor relationship with existing client accounts; 

  • Look for growth opportunities via upsell, relationship development and customer service; 

  • Identify new business opportunities among existing clients; 

  • Work with the operations team to deliver an outstanding level of customer experience;  

  • Track customer satisfaction and take appropriate actions to ensure clients’ retention; 

  • Hold regular business review meetings with clients. 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Proven work experience in account and relationship development;

  • Advanced communication skills in English. Ability to build rapport;

  • Great collaboration skills across internal teams;

  • Strong negotiation skills.
