Account Manager, USA
YOUR ROLE:
Ensure client’s retention and strategic growth of existing client accounts.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring account growth & customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities among existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, project management) to ensure smooth project execution and deliverables that meet client expectations.
Analyze client needs, propose tailored solutions, and upsell additional services where relevant.
Monitor client performance, track key metrics, and proactively address challenges and ensure customer retention & growth.
Hold regular business review meetings with clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, localization technologies, and client needs to provide consultative insights.

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs in B2B environment.
Able to handle clients’ requirements.
Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Knowledge of translation and localization processes and market
Experience with CRM tools.
