Account Manager, USA
YOUR ROLE:
Ensure client’s retention and strategic growth of existing client accounts.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and develop a trusted advisor relationship with existing client accounts;
Look for growth opportunities via upsell, relationship development and customer service;
Identify new business opportunities among existing clients;
Work with the operations team to deliver an outstanding level of customer experience;
Track customer satisfaction and take appropriate actions to ensure clients’ retention;
Hold regular business review meetings with clients.
