Account Manager, USA

 

YOUR ROLE:

Ensure client’s retention and strategic growth of existing client accounts.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:       

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring account growth & customer satisfaction. 

  • Identify new business opportunities among existing clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, project management) to ensure smooth project execution and deliverables that meet client expectations. 

  • Analyze client needs, propose tailored solutions, and upsell additional services where relevant. 

  • Monitor client performance, track key metrics, and proactively address challenges and ensure customer retention & growth. 

  • Hold regular business review meetings with clients.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, localization technologies, and client needs to provide consultative insights.

  • Able to handle clients’ requirements.

  • Knowledge of translation and localization processes and market
