Outbound Campaigns Manager and Lead Generator

 

YOUR ROLE: Drive outbound lead generation and optimize outreach strategies for maximum engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and optimize automated email and LinkedIn campaigns - manage responses and create leads. 

  • Source high-quality contacts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other data platforms. 

  • Generate leads through your own outbound campaigns — from idea to execution. 

  • Apply modern messaging techniques to boost open rates and engagement. 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU FIT  INTO THIS ROLE:

  • Proven experience running outbound lead gen campaigns with measurable success. 

  • Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Instantly, SmartLead, Reply.io, and LinkedHelper is a strong advantage. 

  • Familiarity with contact databases like Apollo, Seamless, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 

  • Understanding of inbox placement, domain warming, and sending reputation is a plus. 

  • Ability to write compelling and personalized cold messages — not just templates. 

  • Data-driven mindset and a curiosity for testing, iterating, and improving. 

  • A proactive doer who enjoys autonomy and results.
