Sales Development Manager, German Market

 

YOUR ROLE:
As a Sales Development Manager (SDM) – Germany, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients in the German market. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and active prospecting. 

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a strong sales pipeline by targeting key industries, target companies and key decision makers. 

  • Reach out to potential customers (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) 

  • Qualify leads and determine if they fit the company's target customer profile. 

  • Set-up customer meetings & presentations 

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations and marketing) to develop customized proposals and sales pitches. 

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track outreach efforts, and report on key sales metrics. 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT FOR THIS ROLE:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation. 

  • Strong knowledge of the German market and experience in B2B sales. 

  • Excellent prospecting skills and ability to develop strong relationships with potential clients. 

  • Results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
