Business Development Manager - DACH region and Europe

 

YOUR ROLE:
This role is dedicated to new business acquisition across DACH region and Europe, focusing on outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and closing new clients' opportunities — fully remote. 

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and qualify new B2B clients in DACH and English-speaking EU markets.

  • Run outbound outreach campaigns.

  • Manage own and inbound leads.

  • Develop a strong pipeline through active, multichannel outreach.

  • Client ownership for 2-3 years.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales / business development experience.

  • German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2).

  • Results-driven, comfortable with outreach and performance targets.

  • Experience in services sales (localisation/translation is a plus).

  • Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
