Business Development Manager - DACH region and Europe
YOUR ROLE:
This role is dedicated to new business acquisition across DACH region and Europe, focusing on outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and closing new clients' opportunities — fully remote.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospect and qualify new B2B clients in DACH and English-speaking EU markets.
Run outbound outreach campaigns.
Manage own and inbound leads.
Develop a strong pipeline through active, multichannel outreach.
Client ownership for 2-3 years.
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT FOR THIS ROLE:
Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales / business development experience.
German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2).
Results-driven, comfortable with outreach and performance targets.
Experience in services sales (localisation/translation is a plus).
Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
