Christmas in the Travodian Style 🎄

December was a month of joy, creativity, and giving at our company, with a variety of festive activities designed to spread holiday spirit and positive energy among our team and community.

Here's a glimpse into the highlights of our Xmas Program, that lasted the whole month:

• Xmas Fun Marathon: A 3-week celebration filled with themed challenges, including decorating workspaces (#myXmasDesk), showcasing humorous Elf-on-the-Shelf moments (#TheElfontheShelf), and sharing gratitude messages (#myXmasWishes).

  All the activities encouraged team bonding and creativity, with participation through photos and stories shared in an internal chat.

• Xmas Workshop for the little ones

We have organised a creative workshop for our employee’s kids. It was a great opportunity to celebrate the season together and craft some handmade decorations for the Christmas tree.

Gratitude Wall

During December, we designed a space where everyone could express appreciation and spread holiday cheer. Colleagues left heartfelt thank-you notes on a dedicated wall in the office or via online tools, fostering an environment of gratitude and positivity.

• WeCare Mission- Shoe Box Project

Partnering again with The Moldova Project, our employees prepared gift boxes for children in need. These thoughtful packages were delivered to bring smiles and joy to kids, reflecting the true spirit of giving.

And of course, we needed to wrap the year up, so we got to see all the teams during our online All Hands Meeting, where we shared accomplishments, rewarded high-achievers and looked into our goals for next year!
