How a busy day looks like for Ilie:

Morning
I typically start my day by checking emails and any urgent messages from stakeholders or my team members.
I also review notifications from Jira. Based on the notifications and priorities, I plan the actions for the rest of the day.

Noon
I conduct meetings with various departments to analyze their work processes or absence thereof. The goal is to identify areas where we can optimize the work of other departments.

Afternoon
Later in the day, I work on describing the functionalities that need to be developed in the system.

The most satisfying part at the end of the day is the end of the day :D , but also when I can reflect on my accomplishments and plan for the next day.
